For 30 days, I played the same chord progression.

No new chords.
No fancy variations.
No pressure to “finish” anything.

At first, it felt limiting — almost boring. My hands wanted novelty. My brain wanted progress. But somewhere around day five, something shifted.

I stopped playing the progression and started listening to it.
